• Families seeking government assistance through the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) are responsible for linking their enrolment via Centrelink and approving their Complying Written Arrangement (CWA).

4. Health, Safety, and Medical Emergency

• Queanbeyan Childcare maintains a duty of care to all children under its supervision.

• In the event of a medical emergency or illness, staff will attempt to contact parents/guardians immediately. If unreachable, staff are authorized to seek medical or ambulance assistance at the family’s expense.
