Children are cared for by qualified, carefully vetted educators in secure, child-friendly environments with active supervision at all times. Our centres follow strict safety, health, and emergency procedures, supported by consistent routines, ongoing training, and controlled access to ensure every child is protected, supported, and well cared for each day.

We use the OWNA app as our primary communication platform, allowing families to stay connected throughout the day. Through OWNA, families can:

• Receive photos and updates about their child's day.
• View learning stories and developmental observations.
• Receive important announcements, newsletters and reminders.
• Communicate directly with educators.
• Report absences and update enrollment information.
• Access invoices and statements.

Our educators are also available to chat with families at drop-off and pick-up, and we encourage open, ongoing communication to ensure we are working together to support your child's individual needs and development.

Our educational program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and provides play-based learning experiences that support each child's development, wellbeing and school readiness.

We also offer a range of enriching excursions and visiting educational programs, with all costs included in our daily fees. For example, this includes the Mobile Library, Ready Steady Go, sensory and musical experiences and reptile and wildlife onsite visits, as well as excursions to the local community garden, residential aged care home and the local theatre.

Participation is based on the children’s age and developmental stage, ensuring experiences are appropriate, engaging and meaningful for all children.
